1. When can I get the quotation for my enquiry?

    Usually the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all the details of products being 

    clear. If something urgently, we can quote for you within 1 hour based on all details you provide.

2.  How long is the bulk production time?

     Normally 10 to 12days. Rush order is available.

3. How long can I got this sample?

    After receiving the sample fees and all the material & design being confirmed, 

    the sample time is 3 days and Express delivery usually needs around 3-4 day.

4. What service can you provide besides printing service?

    If you want to distribution your printing products in China or Asia, 

    we can provide low distribution cost and free storage for you.

5. What is your terms of delivery?

    We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. 

    You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Remarks: 

 1. For small quantity, we recommend you express delivery by UPS, TNT, FEDEX or DHL

     to meet your time schedule. 

 2. For regular mass production, we recommend you shipment by sea, air, door to door,

     express or economy. Let us know your requirement and we'll try to save your budget    

     and meet deadline.
